Appearing before a packed courtroom Thursday morning, Theobald "Theo" Brooks Lengyel faced arraignment on a murder charge related to a believed Capitola woman.
"If my neighbor wants to put up Blue Lives Matter flags and I don't agree with that, I'm not going to go rip them down,"Lumen Gallery owner Cierra Ryczek said. "The idea behind this flag is that you can be a U.S. patriot and an American citizen, but also be queer and colored and feel like those two things can be together."
