on air. moments ago we just saw the senate minority leader mitch mcconnell on the senate floor, the first public appearance with cameras since the recent freezing episode in front of reporters. also right now, a sentencing hearing is underwayer to t underway for the chairman of the proud boys, enrique tarrio, the last of the five to be sentenced for their convicted role in the january 6 attack on the capitol. prosecutors are pushing for 33 years in prison for tarrio because he was convicted on seditious conspiracy charges. defense attorneys are making their best arguments against that. also a major show of force coming up on the lead. secretaries from three branches of the milt calling on senator tommy tuberville to stop his hold on all military nominations because he objects to the pentagon s abortion travel care policy. and in washington post op-ed, they call tuberville s actions, dangerous to national security. that from the secretaries of the navy and the air force and
