Developing a familys weeks long search could be over. Right now waiting to get confirmation after police found a body in a Prince Georges County park. Maryland National Capital park police say the body found in a soybean field at watkins Regional Park fits the description of 80yearold luben fipps. Crews found the body about 80 yards away from where a search has been conducted. The fipps family canceled todays search pending todays confirmation. He went missing september 15th during a picnic there with the assisted Living Center where he stayed. His daughter told new 4s Darcy Spencer that fipps suffers from dementia and she was concerned her father had not been properly supervised. Thats the latest. School and tonight, the 15 and 17yearold male students are being held without bond at a juvenile detention center. Their names have not been released but were told theyre both students at river bend high school. Both teens have been charged with conspiracy to commit murder. Police investigation did reveal that these youths had access to firearms. Okay . Im not going to say more than that. And they apparently as i understand it that their threat or their plot was to phone in a bomb threat and then shoot people as they came out of school.
