The bottom line is Interest Rates sensitive stocks were the real problem here. Home building stocks, even though wells fargo had positive comments on pulte, it didnt matter. Cheapness, what they were talking about, does not trump higher Interest Rates in this environment. Pulte, ryland, kb home, theyve been the real sufferers today. Today, again, and last week, reits, telecom, stocks all to the downside. They were down today.

I think we have heard that number somewhere before. Would think we can create tremendous value by running this company on our own. If charter wants to transact 158 is the price. We were hearing that comcast was going to enter into a friendly agreement with charter to try to acquire Time Warner Cable together, so the news that they have done an end run around charter and done a friendly merger with Time Warner Cable came as a shock to just about everybody last night.
