Board Changes
The Company announces that the Company s non-executive Chairman and director of the board, David Lenigas, has decided to step down from both positions with immediate effect in order to facilitate the process whereby the Company embarks on its new path as a port and marine services business. In the interim Andrew Monk will take over as Chairman of the Company.

We are reporting our results to the end of 30 April 2021. We have had sustained COVID-19 regulations now for over a year which has impacted our results and operations. At the beginning of the worldwide COVID-19 lockdowns we had no idea the complexity it would add to our businesses. We now have a clearer picture. Our South African operations were hit with reduced demand for products and the inability to see new clients as clients remain in lock down and are working from home where possible and most factories are out of bounds to non-staff.
