CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. (KFVS) - The Cape Girardeau County Health Department reported three new COVID-19 cases on April 23.
The county had a total of 9,423 cases, with 15 active and 134 deaths.
The health department also reported that 26.5% of the county had both doses of the vaccine, 1.4% more than the state and 1% less than the country.
