The Coop Foundation funds Cape Abilities Adopt-A-Home campaign The Barnstable Patriot With over 50 years of distinguished service in Barnstable County, Cape Abilities is pleased to welcome The Cooperative Bank of Cape Cod Charitable Foundation Trust (The Coop Foundation) as the inaugural sponsor of Cape Abilities  Adopt-A-Home fundraising program.   The onset of the coronavirus crisis this past spring presented great challenges for Cape Abilities to maintain and support its 16 Cape Cod residences, participants and staff who live in these year-round, life-long homes. The creation of the Adopt-A-Home program is a reflection of Cape Abilities innovative commitment to its mission to adapt, evolve and continue to provide enriching, high-quality services to men and women with a broad range of developmental and intellectual disabilities.
