Search for Common Ground (Search) is seeking a consultant who can evaluate the link between the adoption of Conflict Sensitivity for aid agencies, donors and Yemeni authorities and the promotion of peace and stability in Yemen. Following a 2 year program, we are primarily interested in measuring the adoption of conflict sensitive approaches by humanitarian agencies and donors and the impact this has on aid delivery in Yemen.
