The relevant index calculated by Homegate in collaboration with the Cantonal Bank of Zurich (ZKB) stood at 115.6 points.
Ticino, has seen the opposite, with contractions on both a monthly (-0.19%) and annual (-1.15%) basis and an index of 103.1 points.
