A two-vehicle collision at 8:55 p.m. Wednesday at the intersection of Canton Pike and Country Club Lane led to one driver being injured, according to a Hopkinsville Police Department report.
The report states Karen Cantrell, 57, Hopkinsville, was stopped driving north at the red light on Country Club, waiting to make a left turn onto Canton Street while Kristen Click, 29, Hopkinsville, was driving east on Canton Pike approaching the intersection.
Click reportedly told officers that she had a green light and continued to proceed through the intersection.
As Click continued through, she struck Cantrellâs vehicle in the middle of the intersection, the report said.
