MILTON The COVID-19 pandemic is keeping more people close to home this winter. One result is that many local skiers are rediscovering the Blue Hills Ski Area. The South Shore s own ski resort on the Canton-Milton town line has been getting busier in recent weeks. Molly Ross, the ski area’s general manager for  the past three years, said there has been a significant increase in demand from people looking to get outside and do something fun.
