Mattas is a skilled and passionate professional with twenty years of experience in the wine industry, and most recently worked as Area Sales Manager for Canton Cooperage and XtraChene, specializing in both wine barrels and oak alternatives. She is excited to apply her wine knowledge and oak experience to assist each Bouchard Cooperages client in achieving their winemaking goals. She will be focused primarily on winemaking programs in Napa and Sonoma counties, and will also consult for winemakers on the east coast as well as new and existing clients in Michigan and Arizona.
