Maker Meets, held on one Thursday a month at Cantabria Coffee Company, are a place for artists, crafters and makers to work on their own projects or participate in a mini art project.
The building at 207 Second St. NW is probably best known for housing the Red Cap Dairy, but it also was home to the Bemidji Fleet Store and the BuyLine before Prince purchased it in the late 1990s.
Katey Lutz moved to Bemidji four years ago. Having experience as a barista during college, she got a job at Cantabria Coffee, and after a year she was promoted to manager.
