Water Rescue Turns Deadly Blair County officials confirmed a man who went underwater and prompted a search has been found dead. Deputy Coroner Brian Reidy said the body of Chad Skinner, 23, of Williamsburg was recovered just before 6:00 p.m. Sunday, about three hours after crews from Blair and Cambria County were called to the eastern shore of Canoe Creek Lake to search for him after he went under and did not resurface. Dive teams from at least Cambria and Huntingdon counties have been called in to help with the search. Officials say Geeseytown Fire Company Rescue Team has search boats in water.
