Legalize PA: A Cannabis March on Harrisburg will begin at 11 a.m. on April 20, a date that has become known as a national holiday for the cannabis culture. The event, organized by Lehigh Valley NORML (National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws), will be held with COVID-19 precautions of masks and social distancing. The march is scheduled to run from the Susquehanna riverfront at State Street up to the stairs of the Capitol complex at Third Street. At 11:30, marchers will be joined at the capitol by Lieutenant Governor John Fetterman.
