That moved through at about 2 00 to 2 30 this morning and has since cleared out but theres still some lingering rain in that area. As we take a closer look, we are seeing still some heavy rain pouring just south of that area in marin county, just south of san rafael, that move through, and then also in San Francisco right now we are seeing some heavy rain, moving toward the east bay also picking up on some rain th
