Two arrested after high-speed chase and shootout with police by   Two men were ar­rest­ed on Mon­day, fol­low­ing high speed chase and shoot out with the po­lice in Arou­ca. Ac­cord­ing to a po­lice re­port, PCs Lon­don and Kok­er­an along with PC Skeete (who was in an­oth­er ve­hi­cle), all were on pa­trol pro­ceed­ing south along Cane Farm Road, at about 4:30 pm, when the of­fi­cers saw a black Nis­san Wingroad mo­tor ve­hi­cle at the in­ter­sec­tion of 2nd Street East and Cane Farm Main Road in Trinci­ty with three oc­cu­pants, in­clud­ing the dri­ver, who is known to them as a firearm of­fend­er.
