DPWH completes construction of Army building in Capas

CAPAS, Tarlac, May 14 (PIA) Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) completed the construction of the Army Leadership Development and Education Center (ALDEC) Phase I building inside Camp O Donnell in Capas, Tarlac.
The PhP117 million, three-storey facility is now ready for use by the Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC). This new building will serve as a learning facility of the Philippine Army as it fulfills its mission of training and educating army forces to strengthen land warfare competencies, DPWH Secretary Mark Villar said.
Villar and Defense (DND) Secretary Delfin Lorenzana led the inauguration of the ALDEC Building. The completed project was funded under the General Appropriations Act of 2020 and implemented by DPWH Region 3 Construction Division.
