Overnight reports from Jacksonville police:
• Candice R. Thompson, 36, of 1335 S. Diamond St., Apt. 321, was arrested at 7:25 a.m. Saturday on charges of disorderly conduct and resisting or obstructing a peace officer after a disturbance in the 100 block of Richards Street.
• Sharon M. Barnhart, 24, of 842 W. Chambers St. was arrested at 9:09 a.m. Saturday on a state of Virginia warrant accusing her of kidnapping involving custodial or visitation interference.
• Kayleigh D. Horrighs, 19, of Jacksonville was cited on a charge of operating an uninsured vehicle and following too closely after the car she was driving and one being driven by Garnet M. Cook, 77, of Jacksonville collided in the 400 block of South East Street at 4:07 p.m. Saturday.
