Prosecutors have to reconsider their cases all around the state. But for now, it appears 390 men and women on death row may never be executed. Justice sometimes work in very mysterious ways. Reporter at the state wants to pursue all of the executions, they would have to go to the Florida Supreme Court now but need a very High Standard to actually get those executions essentially approved.
