Police say ramirez picked up an unconscious woman, flung her over his shoulder, and then sexually assaulted her in a parking garage. Pictures from the scene show evidence and markers. There is also a footprint along with a cell phone charger the victim said she lost. Police say ramirez then took the girl to his home, where he sexually assaulted her again.
