The gravesite of Private Nicholas DeLorey, who served with N.B.'s 26th Battalion in World War One, was presumed lost for more than a hundred years. Now, a group of Belgian researchers say they have pinpointed its location, along with 1,400 other Canadian soldiers who served around the town of Ypres.
Etienne Gaudet has spent the last year driving on back roads, knocking on doors and at times searching through the dense woods of New Brunswick to find gravestones of soldiers.
