Photo by Chris Procaylo /Winnipeg Sun Article content As he had done for five previous Boxing Days, Junel Malapad laced up his runners on Saturday for his annual fundraising run as part of his quest to “Change Boxing Day to Running Day.” But this year’s run was different in that it was the culmination of a year-long effort to celebrate his turning 50 with a special achievement.
