And the other casualty, a canadian soldier who was standing it guard at a war memorial not far from the parliament building. According to witnesses, the soldier was killed by a man with a rifle, all dressed in black with a scarf over his face. Heres what witnesses from outside saw. The guy came from the side, on my lefthand side, and came out with a rifle and shot at the man, and then the guy went falling down, and everybody was just in shock.
