There were another 20 people trapped in elevators. They have been freed. And it is all because people dug copper wiring right out of the ground. Panic on the campus of uc berkeley this evening. This video was shot of thick smoke pouring out of the ground. An electrical explosion sent flames shooting out of the ground. A fire ball erupted. The building was intect but the fire ball was two times the height of the building. Reporter students tweeted out pictures of the explosion which hurt four people nearby. But none of them were seriously hurt. An emergency has been declared. Reporter police kept the campus shut down all evening with power out virtually everywhere.
