  FRANKLIN, TN - In a tale as old as time (or at least as old as doorbell cameras), detectives with the Franklin Police Department are embarking on a quest to determine the identity of a mysterious figure suspected of going door-to-door, but he's not making deliveries. The subject, who was caught on camera while walking down the hallway of a Williamson County apartment complex, is accused of taking packages that didn't belong to him. Reports suggest that sometime between April 25th and 26 .
