ChatGPT was already prohibited on Congress-owned devices about a year ago. The government needs to be extra cautious regarding the apps used on its devices, given that their access could lead to the leak of sensitive information.
OpenAI has admitted that there is an issue with the chatbot. It's pretty normal for people to be lazy, especially during the holidays. It's unheard of that technology would do the same thing, yet ChatGPT appears to be suffering some kind of laziness as it does less work than it usually does.
