By 7 00 p. M. , that is, sleet and freezing rain and to the south you can see rain moving in. That warm air eventually wins out even through Lehigh Valley by 10 00 oclock, still a little bit of freezing rain in the poconos and then precipitation begins to move out during Early Morning hours. Now, future weather, fast forwarding to the next part of the storm and it is front pushes through the region, an area of low pressure develops along this front complicating matters by late tomorrow night. It will ride along the front changing rain over to snow and then this could be a heavy a accumulation to philadelphia and a it suburbs. That is why the National Weather service has issued a winter storm watch, Late Wednesday night, through thursday evening for significant accumulations over most of the region.
