(WKBT) The town of Campbell Police Department on Tuesday asked the public for help finding a man accused of substantial battery, disorderly conduct and bail jumping. Campbell police are asking people to contact them if they know the whereabouts of Patrick C. Emmer, 36. The public is reminded not to attempt to apprehend accused criminals themselves.
