CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – Lendlease, the Army’s privatized housing partner, announced Tuesday it has secured funding for improvements and new construction at the Campbell Crossing housing development on Fort Campbell, and they’re sharing the details of where that money will go.
Lendlease said it had closed on the $1.1 billion in financing that will be used to execute improvement plans on five Army garrisons across the country over the next five years, and approximately $235 million of that financing will be invested in Fort Campbell.
Back in February, the company announced 500 new homes would be built on-post at Fort Campbell at Campbell Crossing, and set 400 others for renovations this year.

CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (CLARKSVILLENOW) – In the coming months, more than 500 new homes will be built on-post at Fort Campbell, and 400 others are set for renovations in 2021.
The 500 new homes will replace 400 outdated homes that are set for demolition in the Campbell Crossing neighborhood of the installation. The project is part of a partnership between the United States Army and Lendlease, a multinational construction, property and infrastructure company.
This latest investment in Fort Campbell comes after the announcement last August that Lendlease was approved by the Army to construct 144 new homes in the LaPointe Village neighborhood on-post.
That project also included the renovation of 170 homes and the demolition of more than 250 homes as part of a $87.4 million long-term development plan for military housing.
