reporter: well, i have got ton the point where i think i m taking bets on how many more plot twists we re going to see before the votes start coming in tonight. it s been a wild rield of a race here. and we are in barnette voted here this morning. barnette rose to fame on claims of election fraud in 2020, including this her own race. she ran for congress in a heavily democratic district, but i ll tell you last night, we were at one of her events and heard a shift in her messaging on that. instead of claiming that she lost because of voter fraud, she emphasized she may have lost, but she lost in her district by less than trump did saying she can pull over some voters that trump did not get. she has been saying over and over on the campaign trail trump does not own maga. maga is a message of the people.
we re going to complete that missio mission. let s go straight to retired colonel mansour, who served as an aide to general petraeus. it doesn t seem on par with the military s own leader. and contradicts his own rhetoric when he said president obama created isis. the bit of truth of that is by withdrawing troops from iraq he created conditions for the resurrection of al qaeda in iraq, rebranded as isis f president trump were to withdraw troops from iraq and syria today, he would be following in the same failed footsteps by removing our ability to influence the situation over there, we would be creating the conditions for isis 3.0. i think it s very, very misguided. going back to campaign trail trump he said he would never
founder during the campaign asking about hillary clinton s missing e-mails. now, julian asaupbsange acknowld that did happen and rejected the request, and he sent an e-mail to several people relying that he e-mailed assange, but sources say nobody from the actual campaign was on that e-mail change. for context, wikileaks was responsible for releasing hacked e-mails before the campaign, but not hillary clinton s e-mails, and we don t know if they obtained those e-mails, if those e-mails had been hacked at all. wikileaks has been called out by the nonhostile intelligent service working with the russians, and this establishes a known link between the trump campaign and wikileaks, and it was as on the campaign trail
dodger. i don t consider him so much a draft dodger as i feel that the system was so wrong that certain americans could evade their responsibilities to serve the country. errol lewis, doug hyde back with us now. fact check, errol. there was one deferment for the bone spurs, as we understand it. both fetal though at one point on the campaign trail trump could not remember which foot it was and it turns out it was four, and deferments because he was going to school. what do you make of his points? very well taken. i am old enough to remember who could serve and who wouldn t serve and who could get an educational deferment. think about who in the 1960s and 70s was likely to able to pay tuition and get deferment and things were not fair.
