Ray Brian Harrington faces a slew of charges in New Hampshire stemming from the high speed chase on saturday, but before he deals with those charges he will go back to maine to deal with an assault charge. Harrington told the judge that he was waiving extradion where he is charged with aggravated assault. Harrington was arrested after allegedly leading a New Hampshire trooper on a chase that began on i95, around quarter to six saturday evening.
