With the pandemic nearing an end, officials with a local non-profit are eager to expand fundraising efforts for a new building. The Stateline Boys and Girls Club’s goal is $5.5 million. Capital Campaign Committee Chair Jim Packard admits fundraising during a pandemic has been a challenge, but they already have pledges nearing $4 million. He says with the health crisis nearing an end, they’re hoping to expand their fundraising efforts and reach the goal by this summer.
