Environment Georgia Campaign Associate
Join Environment Georgia as our Clean Energy Associate and help build a 100% clean energy future with state director Jennette Gayer.
We all know that burning oil, gas, and coal has polluted our air, water, and land for decades – and now it’s changing the climate even faster than scientists feared it would.
We know we can have healthier communities right now and a livable future for ourselves and generations to come. But to get there, we must transform the way we produce and consume energy. Environment Georgia is working with key Georgia cities and at the state legislature to move forward policies that set bold goals and move concrete policies forward.
Environment Texas Campaign Associate
Join the Environment Texas Conservation team, led by state director Luke Metzger, with our current campaign to expand protected parkland in Texas.
From camping under the stars at Big Bend Ranch to exploring the cypress swamps of Caddo Lake, our parks make life better here in Texas. Our parks protect the clean water we depend on and provide a home for some of Texas’ most wondrous wildlife, like the black bear and the leatherback sea turtle. But unfortunately our parks and open spaces face chronic underfunding which threatens their very existence. Every hour, almost 20 acres of open space are destroyed in Texas to make way for new strip malls and subdivisions.
Environment California Policy Associate
Join the Environment California Ocean and Coasts team as the Clean Oceans Associate.
California s iconic sandy beaches and dramatic coastline are some of the most beautiful parts of our state, and important habitat for wildlife, from sandpipers to sea turtles and the California sea otters. Unfortunately, our ocean and coastline are facing threats. For too long, oil drilling has spilled toxic oil into our ocean, overfishing has depleted our ocean of life and our waste producing society has created a plastic pollution nightmare. On top of this, climate change is wreaking havoc on ocean ecosystems.
That is why Environment California runs the campaign to Defend our Oceans, to protect our marine environments from further destruction.

Environment Oregon Campaign Associate
With ambitious climate policies failing to gain traction at the state level and increasing numbers of wildfires, droughts and other climate impacts already hitting Oregon, now is a more critical time than ever to make concrete progress in the fight against climate change. We need to stop using fossil fuels, shift to renewable energy, use energy more efficiently, and reform the material economy that drives our society to consume past Earth’s carrying capacity. Oregon can and should play a key role in realizing this vision.
The Environment Oregon Climate Associate would work on our Climate Defenders campaign, organizing volunteers who regularly make their voices heard and help educate and engage other Oregonians on climate change.

Environment New Jersey Campaign Associate
Environment New Jersey is seeking a campaign associate to help coordinate campaigns to protect New Jersey s high quality waterways that provide drinking water, recreational value and key habitats for threatened species from the impacts of overdevelopment and run-off pollution.
The most powerful tool to protect our water quality is to stop pollution before it happens. This concept antidegradation is enshrined in the Clean Water Act, and nearly 50 years after its passage, we still need to protect our waters so they are fishable and swimmable. That is why Environment New Jersey is running a campaign to advocate for stronger protections for the lower section of the Delaware River to allow for primary contact, including swimming, targeting a regional agency. New Jersey s waters are hidden gems and we need to keep them that way.
