We have a live picture this morning from the port of galveston where just a short time ago a Carnival Cruise ship arrived carrying that Health Care Worker who was selfquarantined for a possible, possible ebola exposure. The ship was turned away by two countries during its journey at sea. And just hours earlier, an incredible scene on board the carnival magic. Look at this.
