San Francisco International Airport looks as if it could be as far south as Millbrae, but it’s part of the city limits. The northwestern tip of the former Alameda Naval Base is weirdly S.F. ground. The city has the water rights to Hetch Hetchy Reservoir and owns Camp Mather in Yosemite Valley.
