Two Miramar industrial buildings have been sold for $11.3 million.
The buildings at 8250-8260 Camino Santa Fe were acquired by a joint venture partnership between Hill Properties of San Diego and a fund managed by Westport Capital Partners with offices in Los Angeles and Stamford, CT.
The seller was Providence II Camino Santa Fe, LLC.
Evan McDonald of Colliers International represented the seller.
The buyer represented itself.
