A MAN who stabbed four of his family members and killed two of them to “save” them from coronavirus has been sentenced to life in prison.
Adam Roth, 36, was eating in the kitchen with his wife Dominque Roth, 34, on March 10 when he began stabbing her, according to a criminal complaint obtained by the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.

Her mother, Gilane Popanda, 62, and sisters Desiree Popanda, 36, and Deidre Popanda, 26, tried to stop Adam Roth but he “turned on everybody,” the complaint states.

A Wisconsin man has been ordered to spend the rest of his life in a mental health institution for stabbing four of his family members, including two fatally, in a rage-filled outburst linked to his obsessive worries to the COVID-19 pandemic, according to a report.

WAUKESHA, Wis. A Wisconsin man from Waukesha has been ordered to spend the rest of his life in a mental health institution for stabbing four of his family members two fatally during a rage-filled outburst linked to his obsessive concern over the COVID-19 pandemic, according to a reports.
Adam Roth, 36, recently pleaded guilty but not guilty by reason of mental disease or defect to two counts of intentional homicide and two counts of attempted intentional homicide, the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reported.
Moreover, he also was charged with first-degree recklessly endangering safety and mistreatment of animals/causing death by use of a dangerous weapon – but those counts were dismissed as part of his plea deal, according to the news organization.

Waukesha County Deputy District Attorney Ted Szczupakiewicz had asked for a lifetime commitment during a Monday sentencing hearing. He requested institutional care as opposed to conditional release.
