Longview’s Taylor Tatum and Pine Tree’s Ewoma Ugbini took home top honors Tuesday as the top student/athletes in the area were celebrated at the 10th annual ETVarsity Best Preps awards banquet at Maude Cobb Convention Center in Longview.
As odd as it sounds, the song’s uncertain quality is actually quite fitting. Unlike other popular carols, “Emmanuel” is a song not for Christmas but for Advent.
