The Sihanoukville Special Economic Zone (SSEZ), a flagship project in Cambodia under China's Belt and Road Initiative (BRI), has not only injected impetus into the kingdom's economic growth, but also importantly contributed to improving livelihoods of tens of thousands of locals.
