According to the arrest warrant:
A 14-year-old victim made an outcry that she was sexually assaulted by Calvin Todd, Jr. when she accidentally fell asleep while watching TV.
During an interview with police, Todd denied doing anything to the victim but later said he consumed a heavy amount of whiskey and some drugs along with some medication. He said he blacked out and could not remember anything.
The victim said she woke up and found Todd sexually assaulting her. She said she tried to move away but he grabbed her and pulled her back. She said she told her parents what happened.
