Im going to be talking about two different, and yet related topics. The first has to do with the factors that are considered when we look at president ial effectiveness. The second part id like to look at, a few of the more recent president ial elections. So, were going to start with this. And im coming on the work of Professor Robert dallek, a wellknown president ial historian.
