She knew that i all of these pictures and things of that nature that weve gotten together for the spokane northwest black pioneer centennial in Washington State in 1989. And she said, mom has all these pictures and why doesnt she put into a book form . And so she came back and she told me and thats what we did and thats how we happened to write about spokane.
