With days getting longer and weather a bit kinder, the farmland market is starting to move forward. Two online auctions taking place this month will give an indication of what demand is like.
Wexford land
A 35.88ac holding is on the market at Duncormick, in south Co Wexford. The sale is being handled by Kehoe & Associates and they will hold an online auction on Thursday 25 March.
There was strong competition for all farmland in Co Wexford in 2020 including in this part of the county.
