UPDATE: A section of U.S. Highway 101 between Willits and Laytonville has reopened but the roadway remains closed from Cummings to north of Laytonville in Mendocino County. PREVIOUS: U.S. Highway 101 remains closed in both directions north of Willits due to heavy snow, downed trees and hazardous conditions with no estimated time for re-opening.
