The winners of this year s Altra Rocks scholarships have been announced, with four recipients, including two from La Crosse, receiving $2,500 each. The scholarships are funded through a partnership between Altra Federal Credit Union and Copeland Events Centers, who donate $1 from every ticket sold at the Altra Rocks summer concert series.
