CASA COFFEE A coffee shop and brunch spot in Honiton Way, Penketh, launched by couple Callum Rodgers and Maddy Radley. They have completely changed jobs for the venture - Callum was a carpenter and Maddy worked for United Utilities - and their passion and vision has already won over the community. A man from Great Sankey has taken on the extreme challenge of running from John O’Groats, at the most northern point of Scotland, to Warrington to raise money for a mental health charity. Callum Rodgers, 27, took on the mammoth task to run the 475 miles in memory of his friend who took his own life last year. All money raised will go to Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) in the fight against suicide and particularly male suicide, which makes up 75% of all UK suicides. Callum said: “Last year I experienced the unimaginable loss of a good friend to suicide, so I am more determined than ever to make a change and give back to the services that are so vital.
