Mr MacWilliam, a co-owner of Truth Legal, has previously worked at Blacks Solicitors in Leeds, as head of immigration, and worked for four years at London-based human rights law firm Bindmans,
He is a member of the Immigration Law Practitioners’ Association and is an experienced litigator having represented clients in immigration Tribunals and in the High Court.
Mr MacWilliam said: “Much of our work is a consequence of Brexit, from EU citizens seeking to become UK citizens, UK residents wanting family members to join them, and businesses looking to employ skilled workers, in particular senior care workers and chefs. We also assist with challenges to Home Office visa refusals.
