And searchers are stumped after a huge search today. At best, ace at dusk, a search and rescue team emerges. Search dogs here are trained to find human remains. Carol has been in erwin since 1972. They were last seen near the cottage they had rented. This fire captain knows every trail, marked or not. Dogs did hit on a few spots. There was no evidence of clothing or drag marks or anything that we consider to be liable.
