VICTORVILLE Police in Victorville arrested 13 registered sex offenders for various charges including failing to register as a sex offender, outstanding warrants, and parole violations.
A 28-year-old Fillmore resident was arrested Saturday afternoon for parole violation, hit and run, reckless driving, and resisting/delaying a peace officer.
